Endura Cells Perform Excellent in CRISPR GeCKO Libraries

Stability of GeCKO libraries in Endura cells. Lanes 1 and 2,Separate libraries were prepared in Lucigen Endura cells and grown at 37°C. Library 1 was re-amplified by growth at 32°C (Lane 3).
