Shipping

All products are shipped F.O.B. Madison, Wisconsin. A shipping charge will be added to the bill for all shipments and will be prepaid and added to the invoice. Please inquire about costs for non-standard shipments or carriers.

Orders received by 3:00 p.m. CST Monday through Thursday will be shipped the same day by overnight air express, unless otherwise stated or requested. Normally products are not shipped on Friday unless special arrangements are made.

Warranty

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of our products, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
