Figure 2.Taq98 shows superior performance in amplifying a selection of genes from Cellumonas Fimi genomic DNA (~75% GC). Other enzymes show only extremely weak amplification or primarily primer dimers, in contrast with Taq98 which demonstrates robust amplification and minimal spurious banding.
